About Us

Attorney Jose Posada Jr. is the son of naturalized immigrants from Colombia, South America.

Mr. Posada moved to Hickory, North Carolina with his family in January of 2023. He was an

assistant DA of Catawba County and worked at a private practice as a family law attorney for

King Law Offices. Mr. Posada opened Posada Law PLLC in June of 2024.
